Description

  • Flexible, stranded wire: multiple fine copper strands combined into a single conductor.
  • Use according to VDE 0281-5: in dry rooms, appliances, switchgear and distribution boards, in conduits on and under plaster, and in enclosed installation channels.
  • Suitable for protected installation in and on luminaires, and in and on electronic equipment in high-current systems for measurement, control, and regulation.
  • Not permitted for direct installation under plaster.
  • Available colors: black, light blue, green/yellow, red, dark blue, brown, orange, gray, white, violet, green, or yellow.
  • Technical data: rated voltage U0/U = 450/750 V; test AC voltage = 2,500 V.
  • Installation note: When wiring luminaires where the conductor connection area is not protected from UV radiation and heat generated by the light sources, a protective sleeve must always be fitted over the exposed conductors.
  • Otherwise, the insulation may decompose depending on the operating duration.
