Product Introduction The mini chain hoist is a small, half-ton chain hoist from Shanghai Industrial and Commercial Corporation, with a compact housing that is easy to transport. Notes: Rules for using chain hoists: 1. Overloading is strictly prohibited. 2. Operating the hoist with any power source other than manual force is strictly prohibited. 3. Before use, ensure that the machine parts are intact, the transmission components and lifting chain are well lubricated, and the no-load operation is normal. 4. Before lifting, check that the upper and lower hooks are securely engaged. The lifting chain should hang vertically without twisted links, and the lower hook holder of the double chain must not be overturned. 5. The operator should stand in the same plane as the hand chain wheel and pull the hand chain so that the hand chain wheel rotates clockwise to lift the load. Pull the chain backward to lower the load slowly. 6. When lifting heavy objects, personnel are strictly prohibited from working or walking underneath the load to avoid accidents. 7. During lifting, whether the load is rising or falling, pull the hand chain evenly and gently rather than with excessive force to prevent the hand chain from becoming stuck or hanging up. 8. If the operator finds that the hand-chain tension is greater than normal, stop using the hoist. Maintenance method for the chain hoist: 1. After use, clean the hoist and apply rust-resistant grease. Store it in a dry place. 2. Maintenance and repairs should be carried out by people familiar with lifting mechanisms, to prevent people who do not understand the operating principles of this machine from carrying them out.
