Tradition and innovation The properties of the ingredients in the Artists' Series, together with their special processing, are combined with great balance in a product that brings together the best of tradition and innovation. The paints have an average dryness typical of oil painting, allowing the best use of shading and color pickup during application. The color range is very broad, consisting of 97 colors, including several historical, authentic pigments such as zinc white, genuine raw sienna, Prussian blue, manganese violet, and bitumen. The decision to retain pigments that are now practically impossible to replace in production means that the oldest basic rules of mixing must be observed when using them. The less lightfast pigments, and especially the pigments harmful to health, have recently been replaced with synthetic pigments that guarantee consistent color purity while providing greater stability and safety. Note: Prices vary by group. Tube sizes: Groups 1 to 6 60 ml; Groups 7 and 8 20 ml. Color charts
