Quilting and embroidery thread made from 100% filament polyester. Madeira Polyneon No. 40, 400 m. Thanks to its high resistance to washing and chlorine, Polyneon is ideal for heavily used textiles that are washed frequently, such as sportswear, children's clothing, and outdoor apparel. Even after frequent washing, the colors retain their intense brightness and exceptional sheen. Rapidly changing colors create an impressive, highly effective embroidered appearance. This effect is produced using an elaborate dyeing technique and creates a striking interplay of colors along the thread. Flat embroidery, decorative seams, patchwork, and quilting projects become unique, distinctive pieces with Polyneon. Polyneon No. 40 neon colors are fluorescent and therefore have exceptionally high luminosity, which is visible even in daylight. This effect is especially pronounced in poor weather and at dusk, meaning that embroidery made with neon colors achieves extremely high visibility. Ultraviolet light, often used in nightclubs, makes the neon colors glow prominently.
