All screws are fully threaded. Made of A2 stainless steel (304 stainless steel) with a standard metric thread pitch. These Phillips flat/countersunk head machine screws are designed to sit in a countersunk hole. A countersink is a tapered recess created with a countersinking tool, allowing compatible screws and bolts to sit flush. Flat/countersunk screws are concealed when fully tightened because their heads are shaped to fit into the specially formed hole. When these holes are empty, they look like a screw hole with a conical opening at the top. When filled, only the top of the screw or bolt should be visible. A typical countersunk screw head has a 90-degree angle. Screw length = head height + thread length.
