Product descriptions MESAROS carriage bolts (DIN 603), wing nuts (similar to DIN 315), and washers (DIN 125): Product information: Carriage bolts are especially suitable for wood or metal connections. They can withstand higher loads and can be installed indoors and outdoors. The bolts have a flat, rounded head. Accordingly, they have no drive and cannot be installed with a screwdriver or wrench. They are fastened by inserting the bolt into the drilled hole and threading a nut onto the back. This fixes the square section located directly beneath the head. Wing nuts are often used in combination with carriage bolts. They secure bolted connections with minimal time and without additional tools. The nuts can be tightened easily by hand. DIN 125 washers are also commonly referred to as small washers because they are standard washers. They are used when greater force distribution across a bearing surface is needed. They can be used in areas such as pipelines, mechanical engineering, garden furniture, and many others.
