The Lux Metal polishing set includes five 300 mm polishing wheels and five polishing compounds totaling 700 g. The set is designed for use with polishing drills, bench polishers, bench grinders, and angle grinders. Mount the polishing wheel on your tool, apply the compound while the wheel is rotating until it is impregnated, and then guide the wheel over the part to be polished. During initial use, the wheels may naturally fray. The polishing compound is firm and dry at first and melts onto the wheel during rotation. For proper application, a wheel speed of 2,0003,000 rpm is recommended. The included detailed instructions guide you through the polishing process.
