RG 140 rebonded foam with flame-retardant performance tested per MVSS302, made in Germany. Suitable for insulation applications, including smooth products and insulation from the Pyra series. Acoustic absorbers made of PUR foam cover a wide range of applications requiring enhanced sound protection. These include public facilities such as hospitals, medical practices, schools, and day-care centers; commercial areas such as production facilities and halls for general noise reduction; speaker booths in broadcasting facilities; and private areas such as music practice rooms and hobby basements. Overall, the heavy foam provides effective performance in these areas. Dimensions stated in the description: 100 x 50 cm. Pyra acoustic rebonded foam is also known as heavy foam. Rebonded foam panels with a high density, such as RG 140, weigh 140 kg per m of foam. Density describes the material's compactness and therefore its long-term usability. The higher the RG, or density, the better and longer the foam can withstand loads and remain durable. Heavy foam has the FSE property, meaning it is flame-retardant and tested according to MVSS302. Sitting through this quality is virtually impossible.
