LFLEX CLASSIC FD 810 4G 0.5 mm cable for flexible use and fixed installation under normal mechanical stress. The PVC-jacketed cable is suitable for use in dry, damp, or wet rooms. It may only be used outdoors with UV protection and within the specified temperature range. At room temperature, it is largely resistant to acids, alkalis, and certain oils. Use on cable drums or reels, or under tensile loads exceeding 15 N/mm of conductor cross-section, is not permitted. Applications include energy guiding chains and moving machine components; measuring, control, and regulating circuits; load circuits of electrical equipment in automation technology; conveyor and assembly lines; production lines; machines of all types; and plant engineering. Electrical properties: rated voltage U0/U: 300/500 V; test voltage, core/core: 4,000 V. Mechanical and thermal properties: minimum bending radius of 7.5 the outer diameter when occasionally moved and 4 the outer diameter when fixed. The cable supports 5 million alternating bending cycles and a travel distance of 10 m. Temperature range: 0C to +70C maximum conductor temperature when occasionally moved, and 40C to +70C maximum conductor temperature when fixed. Tests are carried out according to IEC 60811, EN 50395, and EN 50396. The cable complies with EU Directive 2014/35/EU (Low Voltage Directive) and Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS).
