Rain chains have been used as decorative features in Japan for hundreds of years. They are both functional and elegant, directing water from a roof, shed, or awning much like a traditional downspout. The cups act like funnels, guiding water from one cup to the next while creating a pleasant visual and auditory effect. This rain chain features 12 bell-shaped cups and is available in blue, copper, gray, green, and red to complement different wall colors and garden decor. Installation is simple: remove the downspout, attach the included gutter adapter, and connect the chain to the first link. Made of durable iron, the chain is designed to remain connected to the gutter in strong wind and rain. Its electrocoated finish helps prevent rust. The cups produce minimal splashing, making the chain suitable for placement near doors or walkways.
