Description
- Lock and handle combination: The innovative handle rotates 90 for easy opening and closing. The secure lock helps protect contents from unauthorized access.
- Thoughtful design: A rubber seal helps prevent rainwater from seeping through gaps. Support rods allow easy, quiet opening and closing up to 80.
- Weather-resistant roof hatch cover: Made of durable aluminum alloy and tempered glass. Supports up to 50 kg and withstands hail, rain, and strong winds.
- Versatile use: Suitable for sloped, horizontal, and sunroom roofs. Can be used as an escape hatch cover, basement exit cover, emergency access lid, well cover, basement cover, or shaft cover.
- Easy installation: Drill mounting holes and use the included expansion bolts. Fill gaps with sealant for improved watertightness. Helps prevent dirt and water buildup and keeps basements dry and protected.
