Lanyards are used in promotional materials and promotional products. The term lanyard refers to a cord, strap, or string worn around the neck or wrist. In advertising, lanyards are widely used as card holders for attendee IDs, entry tickets, name badges, and many other forms of admission credentials at various events. Clips, sometimes called buttons or badges, and retractable badge reels are also used as card holders. The lanyard material is durable polyester with a width of 16 mm and a length of 45 mm. The sturdy carabiner is made of metal and can also be used for other purposes afterward. The polyester fabric is tear-resistant, comfortable to wear, and provides secure support for the card holder. Lanyards with card holders for name badges and entry tickets can be worn comfortably around the neck, making them unobtrusive when visiting a trade show or event while allowing access-control personnel to see the admission credential at all times. Card holders for attachment to the lanyard carabiners are made of transparent, high-quality, durable polypropylene or polycarbonate and are available in various designs and formats.
