Package includes 3 bending-detection test sensor modules. Specifications: modified phenolic substrate amplifier; ordinary solder rosin flux; module size: 3 x 1.5 cm; operating voltage: 5 V; strain: 2%; analog output voltage: 03 under load; resistance: 350 ohms; PCB size: 32 x 17 mm. The module features a zero-adjustment potentiometer, an analog output that can be read and processed directly by the next-stage device, and a reverse-polarity protection diode to help protect the load cell and test equipment in emergency situations. Many metals change resistance when mechanically bent. The strain gauge is attached to the object being measured so that it bends with the object. The bending sensor module operates according to the strain effect, in which a conductor or semiconductor is mechanically deformed by external forces and its resistance changes accordingly.
