The Huub Varman Buoyancy Shorts are the ideal addition to your classification collection. Made from Huub +43 buoyancy foam, the Varman Shorts provide 43% more buoyancy than standard neoprene. Every Huub product featuring +43 was rigorously developed by experienced Swim Smooth swimming coaches for a specific stroke style and extensively tested by real swimmers at its test center in Perth, Western Australia. Through rigorous testing, Huub found that grooves and contours offered no performance advantage, ultimately creating a lighter and more buoyant material. The result is revolutionary foam with 43% more buoyancy than standard neoprene. The different Newton values of the buoyant materials provide graduated buoyancy profiles around the thighs, hips, and lower quadriceps to maintain good balance with the body's center of buoyancy. This creates a flattering, slimmer, faster profile in the water, resulting in greater buoyancy and a more hydrodynamic profile. 3 mm neoprene is also used at the front and back to provide high buoyancy in the water. The increased buoyancy affects foot and body alignment to support more efficient and dynamic swimming. Size chart: S: 7176 / M: 7686 / L: 8696 / XL: 96107.
