This brain model was cast from a genuine human brain specimen. Special materials and a complex manufacturing process allow an exceptional level of detail in the reproduction of anatomical structures for anatomy instruction. The left and right hemispheres are separated, providing a view of the corpus callosum and cingulum (cingulate gyrus), as well as the hypothalamus, pons, and cerebellum. Two different models are available, each designed to fit a specific skull. The skull is not included. Brain model C715 fits the female skull (item no. 4715). Brain model C710 fits the male skull (item no. 4710).
