In restricted spaces, especially where vertical clearance is low, the bolts can be retightened with a standard double-ended open-end wrench. A nut can be used for fastening, or the bolt can be screwed into a metal thread. These metric screws are made of visually appealing brass. The cross-section of the hex bolts remains constant over their entire length. The selected length is the bolt length excluding the head thickness.
