Description

  • WATER ACTIVITY METER: Measures the water activity of food. Weighing only 100 grams, it offers accuracy of 0.02 AW for convenient measurements anytime and anywhere.
  • FUNCTION: Water activity primarily reflects the amount of water in food at equilibrium and determines chemical, enzymatic, and physical changes in food quality. Helps select suitable packaging, storage methods, and shelf life.
  • FAST DETECTION: Measures water activity in 5 minutes. The sensor and measurement display are integrated, and water activity and sample temperature are shown together. Test range: 01.0 AW; resolution: 0.01 AW.
  • DISPLAY FUNCTIONS: Features automatic shutoff, manual shutoff, and a low-voltage warning display. Use the USB data output to connect to a PC. Bluetooth data output is also available.
  • APPLICATIONS: Measures the water activity of bread, cookies, pastries, puffed and baked foods, snacks, dehydrated foods, and dried-fruit jam, including salads and tomatoes.
