This listing includes a 9-pack of plotter blades: 3 sets of 3 blades. Each set consists of two 30 blades and one 45 blade (see images). The blade matters. Plotter blades are your working tool, and blade quality is a major factor in the quality of your plotted results. HELO plotter blades are made from special carbide using precision machinery and offer high quality, durability, and precision. 30 blades are characterized by having more of the blade cut into the material. Advantages: - Very good service life - Stable cutting even on longer runs - Suitable for very thin films and large radii Disadvantages: - Not suitable for thick materials, such as flock heat-transfer film and sandblasting film - Poor performance in curves because the blade is rotated within the material As a general rule when choosing a blade: the larger the design and/or the thinner the film, the lower the angle of the plotter blade can be. The smaller the design and/or the thicker the film, the higher the angle of the plotter blade should be.
