The insulated Duraseal crimp connectors feature an adhesive-lined, heat-shrinkable nylon cap that creates a watertight connection between the wire and contact. To do this, heat the nylon cap to approximately 135C using a hot-air gun or another heat source. At this temperature, the cap material tightly encloses the wire. Other insulation solutions, such as heat-shrink tubing or electrical tape, are therefore not required. Red color: crimp connector for wire cross-sections of 0.51 mm. Blue color: crimp connector for wire cross-sections of 1.52.5 mm. Yellow color: crimp connector for wire cross-sections of 46 mm.
