GZGHRZQS Hydraulic Nitrogen Accumulator Charging Kit, 3 Gauges

Description

• Accurate measurement: Compatible with most accumulators; includes 3 gauges with clear displays: 1,500, 4,000, and 6,000 PSI.
• All-in-one professional kit: Pressure ranges of 100 bar/1,500 PSI/10 MPa, 250 bar/3,600 PSI/25 MPa, and 400 bar/6,000 PSI/40 MPa; includes 7 adapters, a main valve body, test hose, G5/8 male-to-CGA580 adapter, and aluminum carrying case.
• Durable design: 304 stainless steel precision gauges with copper threads; corrosion-, impact-, and wear-resistant. Glycerin filling minimizes needle fluctuation for accurate dual-scale readings.
• Easy operation: Connect the gauge, adapter, and hose to the valve body, attach the hose to the nitrogen cylinder, open the main valve, and monitor the gauge during charging.
• Applications: Suitable for measuring pressure in pneumatic tools, compressed-air systems, agricultural machinery, industrial equipment, medical devices, gas treatment systems, water treatment systems, and more.

This test and charging kit is designed for hydraulic nitrogen accumulators. It includes three high-quality 63 mm pressure gauges, seven multifunction test couplings, and a 2 m (6.56 ft/78.74 in) gas hose for testing and charging. The gauges are rated at 10 MPa/100 bar, 25 MPa/250 bar, and 40 MPa/400 bar, with one gauge for each range. The seven couplings are UNF 7/8, UNF 5/8, UNF 5/16, UNF 1/2, G1/4 (BSP 1/4), M14 x 1.5, and M28 x 1.5, with the M28 x 1.5 coupling already attached to the valve body. The set also includes one main valve body and one carrying case.
