The Gymstick is a 130 cm fiberglass rod with two tubes attached to the rod by loops. It is available in color-coded resistance levels: 110 kg resistance, green (light): for older adults and rehabilitation; 125 kg resistance, silver (extra strong): for well-trained men and athletes; 130 kg resistance, gold (maximum strength): for professionals. This spectacular piece of sports equipment is used not only in gyms; the clever body toner is also ideal for home use. With regular training, the fitness rod promotes strength endurance and therefore defined muscles, as well as coordination and flexibility. Full-body stabilization is trained through complex movement sequences. Another benefit is the simultaneous training of the right and left sides of the body. To keep the rod horizontal in the air, force must be applied evenly. Included: 1 Gymstick, approx. 130 cm long, with resistance as selected; 1 carrying bag; 1 training DVD with three exercise programs, approx. 18 minutes long, featuring a total of 33 different exercises.
