Forged iron frying and serving pans, set of 4, 28 cm, with curved hook handles and serving boards. Suitable for electric, gas, ceramic, and induction stovetops. The handles are seamlessly welded. Set contents: - 4 Type 7 forged iron pans, round, 28 cm diameter, 3.0 cm high, with curved hook handles - 4 serving boards, 30 cm diameter, 1.8 cm high The pans are not rustproof. Due to the forged iron and cast iron materials, variations in color and shape may occur compared with the photos and between individual pans. Care instructions: Do not heat the pans while empty. Always add heat-resistant oil or cooking fat before adding food. Store the pans with a light film of fat or oil to help prevent rust spots. If rust develops, clean the pan with a household sponge and a solution of 20% citric acid essence or 25% vinegar essence, then season the pan again. To season the pan: Cover the bottom with sufficient high-heat cooking oil. Add raw potato slices and peels and one teaspoon of salt. Fry the contents several times, turning frequently, until the pan bottom begins to turn dark brown. Empty the pan and rub it thoroughly with kitchen paper or a towel. The pan can then be used. Warning: The handles become hot during heating. Always use pot holders or heat-resistant gloves. Risk of burns.
