The grinding wheel is primarily intended for surface grinding and external grinding. Its high hardness, compressive strength, and wear resistance make it a grinding tool. Suitable for grinding hard and heat-sensitive steels, including hardened steel, high-carbon steel, alloy steel, and similar materials. Also suitable for grinding and shaping cutting tools, molds, gears, threads, thin-walled parts, and other components. Instructions for use: - Use at the specified maximum speed. - Install a suitable protective guard before starting the machine. - Select the appropriate grinding wheel and perform a visual and sound inspection before installation. - Newly installed or previously used wheels should be run without load for more than one minute every other day before use. Do not stand in front of the wheel. - The grinding wheel is fragile and must not be struck or dropped. Store it in a dry, flat location and do not place it under stress.
