Smaller or larger sizes are specified as fractions relative to this basic size. The containers are available in depths of 65, 100, 150, and 200 mm. Heat-resistant from -40C to +80C, graduated, and stackable. Also suitable for transporting and storing food, for use in refrigerators, salad bars, food displays, and meat counters, as well as for serving and storing prepared foods.
