Globo is a vegetable onion variety with especially large, slightly oval bulbs. Sow from early March to mid-April. Space rows approximately 25 cm apart and sow 2 cm deep. The onions are mature when the foliage turns brown and dries out, but they can naturally be harvested earlier for fresh consumption. Onions prefer heavy, calcareous loamy soil. From vegetables, herbs, and medicinal plants to tree seeds and ethnobotanical rarities, Magic Garden Seeds offers seed for plants that are not entirely commonplacewhether traditional or exotic, especially productive or simply beautiful, time-tested or nearly forgotten. All of our seeds can be saved and replanted. They can therefore be used for propagation and seed harvesting. Each seed packet contains a quantity of seeds with which you can start your own cultivation. For very large seeds, such as pumpkin or cucumber seeds, the quantity is somewhat lower due to their greater space requirements.
