Description
- Customizable length and specifications: Suitable for various projects, facility layouts, and specific conveyor requirements. Custom options are available if the standard sizes do not meet your needs: 25 mm/1 in roller with 8 mm (3.1 in) shaft; 32 mm (1.3 in) roller with 8 mm (3.1 in) shaft; 38 mm/1.5 in roller with 12 mm (1/2 in) shaft; 50 mm/1.5 in roller with 12 mm (1/2 in) shaft.
- The robust replacement conveyor rollers are made of high-quality stainless steel and are water- and rust-resistant. They are designed for loads of up to 41 kg and use gravity for efficient transport, helping minimize mechanical failures and reduce maintenance costs.
- Spring mounting: The durable conveyor roller features an innovative spring mechanism for easy installation. The spring is simply pushed in or pulled out from the opposite side to securely attach the roller to the conveyor frame.
- Versatile applications: Suitable as replacement rollers for roller stands, sawhorse stands, material stands, boat rollers, and dock rollers. Ideal for DIY woodworking and metalworking projects or demanding applications. These robust, long rollers can also be combined with suitable brackets to create a cat and dog jump fence.
- Low noise: The non-powered roller operates particularly quietly during conveying and minimizes friction and sliding noise, significantly reducing noise for operators. Please carefully check the required roller dimensions, frame, width, and roller spacing before ordering.
