GEARWRENCH ratcheting tap and die systems with I-handles are suitable for professional mechanics and machine shops. The set includes a blow-molded case for secure, organized storage. The 5-degree ratcheting arc with reversing lever eliminates the need to manually reposition the handle. The Twist-Lock guide system reduces back-off of the die guide extension adapters and provides access in tight areas. The length of the threading system can be extended by combining adapters with any 3/8-inch drive extension. The tap holders tilt downward to keep taps secure and organized. The die adapter is suitable for round and hexagonal dies. Tap and die sizes range from 4-40 to 3/4 inch and from 3 mm to 18 mm.
