The GastroMax BIO kitchen tool combines durable stainless steel blades with handles made from renewable resources. This cheese slicer effortlessly cuts uniform slices of hard and semi-hard cheese. The blade's surface prevents cheese from sticking. The handle is composed of 80% biobased plastic derived from sugarcane and wood fibers from Nordic spruce.
