Description
- Sealing strip and lockable handle: The automotive sealing rubber strip helps prevent rainwater from entering through gaps. The lockable handle enables easy locking and provides additional security.
- Galvanized metal roof hatch: Made with a durable aluminum frame and galvanized steel plate, with reinforced crossbars for increased load capacity. The powder-coated steel plate resists rust and oxidation.
- Easy to install: Pre-drilled holes and included screws allow quick installation. Helps prevent dirt and water buildup. Seal gaps with adhesive for improved watertightness.
- Versatile functionality: Suitable as a roof window cover, escape hatch cover, basement exit cover, emergency access cover, or basement cover for residential and commercial use.
- Hydraulic strut: Features a pneumatic hydraulic strut and durable stainless steel hinge for smooth operation. The telescopic design enables quiet opening and closing and holds the hatch securely at a 90-degree angle.
