Precautions for using electronic starter motors: 1. Before use, make sure the electronic starter motor has the correct voltage. For a DC electronic starter motor, check that the power supply provides sufficient current. 2. Do not use with an overload. Overload is mainly divided into two aspects: torque and shaft force. The load torque must not exceed the motor's rated torque. The shaft force must not exceed the shaft's permissible axial and radial loads. After the load is applied, the measured current of the electronic starter motor must not exceed the rated current. In general, the electronic starter motor should be equipped with a fuse to prevent overloading. 3. Do not store or operate the device in high-temperature or humid environments, or expose it to corrosive gases, as this may affect the performance of the electronic starter motor. 4. When installing transmission parts such as gears and pulleys onto the shaft, avoid unusual impacts while pressing them into place.
