FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) acrylic sheets are custom-cut to size and made to industrial-quality standards. The highly transparent plastic glass is 2 mm thick and available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic sheets offer high resistance to aging and weathering. They are highly transparent, glossy, and resistant to breakage. The sheets are also flexible, easy to shape, and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, and bonded, making them suitable for replacing heavier and more expensive real glass. Our extruded acrylic glass is manufactured using a complex extrusion process. The acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the required thickness. Product details at a glance: excellent light transmission; ultra-transparent, colorless, and completely clear; flexible or bendable; high resistance to breakage and impact; approximately 50% lighter than real glass; resistant to aging, weathering, and UV radiation; yellowing-free for 2030 years; clean sawn edges. Suitable for further processing, including drilling, cutting, bonding, and printing. Transport protection: Both sides of the acrylic sheet are covered with an ultrathin transport-protection film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: Due to the manufacturing process, the cutting tolerance is approximately 12 mm. Care and cleaning: Clean only with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dishwashing detergent. Alternatively, use a plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
