FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) acrylic sheets, cut to size in industrial quality. Highly transparent plastic glass, 2 mm thick, available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic sheets offer high resistance to aging and weathering. The plastic glass is highly transparent, glossy, and highly resistant to breakage. The sheets are also flexible, easy to shape, and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, and bonded, making them ideal for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Our extruded acrylic glass XT is manufactured using a complex extrusion process. Acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Key product details: excellent light transmission (ultra-transparent, colorless, and fully clear); flexible and bendable with high break and impact resistance; very low weight compared with real glass, approximately 50% lighter; resistant to aging, weathering, and UV exposure; non-yellowing for 2030 years; clean sawn edges. Suitable for further processing, including drilling, cutting, bonding, and printing. For transport protection, the acrylic sheets are covered on both sides with an ultra-thin protective film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: Due to manufacturing tolerances, the finished dimensions may vary by approximately 12 mm. Care and cleaning: Clean with water and, if needed, a small amount of dish soap. Alternatively, use a plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
