FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) acrylic sheets, custom cut to size in industrial quality. Highly transparent, colorless acrylic plastic with a 2 mm thickness, available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic sheets offer high resistance to aging and weathering. The acrylic plastic is highly transparent, glossy, and has high break resistance. The sheets are also flexible, easy to shape, and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, and bonded, making them suitable for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Our extruded acrylic (Acrylic XT) is produced using a complex extrusion process. Acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Product details: optimal light transmission with ultra-transparent, fully clear coloring; flexible and bendable with high break and impact resistance; approximately 50% lighter than real glass; resistant to aging, weather, and UV exposure; non-yellowing for 2030 years; clean sawn edges. Suitable for drilling, cutting, bonding, and printing. For transport protection, both sides of the acrylic sheet are covered with an ultra-thin protective film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: Due to the manufacturing process, the cutting tolerance is approximately 12 mm. Clean only with water and, if needed, a small amount of dish soap; alternatively, use plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
