FRAMO XT acrylic glass (extruded) is a cut-to-size acrylic sheet manufactured to industrial quality. Highly transparent plastic glass with a thickness of 3 mm, available in 1 cm increments in sizes from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic sheets are characterized by high resistance to aging and weathering. FRAMO plastic glass is highly transparent, glossy, and highly resistant to breakage. The sheets are also flexible, easy to shape, and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, and bonded, making them ideal for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Our XT acrylic glass (extruded acrylic glass) is manufactured using a complex extrusion process. Acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Product details at a glance: optimal light transmission; ultra-transparent, colorless, and completely clear; flexible or bendable with high break and impact resistance; approximately 50% lighter than real glass; resistant to aging, weather, and UV exposure; non-yellowing for 2030 years; clean sawn edges. Suitable for further processing, including drilling, cutting, bonding, and printing. For transit protection, both sides of the acrylic sheets are covered with an ultrathin protective film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: Due to manufacturing tolerances, the finished cut may vary by approximately 13 mm. Care and cleaning: Clean only with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dish soap, or alternatively with plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
