FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) acrylic sheets, cut to size in industrial quality. Highly transparent, colorless acrylic plastic with a thickness of 4 mm, available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic sheets offer high resistance to aging and weathering. They are highly transparent, glossy, and highly resistant to breakage. The sheets are flexible, easy to form, and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, and bonded, making them suitable for replacing heavier and more expensive real glass. Our extruded acrylic XT is manufactured using an extrusion process in which acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Product details: excellent light transmission; ultra-transparent, colorless, and fully clear; flexible and bendable; high resistance to breakage and impact; approximately 50% lighter than real glass; resistant to aging, weather, and UV radiation; non-yellowing for 2030 years; clean sawn edges. Suitable for further processing, including drilling, cutting, bonding, and printing. For transport protection, both sides are covered with a very thin protective film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: the manufacturing-related cutting tolerance is approximately 13 mm. Care and cleaning: clean with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dish soap, or use plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
