FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) acrylic sheets, custom cut to size in industrial quality. Highly transparent plastic glass, 3 mm thick, available in 1 cm increments in sizes from 10 10 cm up to 100 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic sheets are characterized by high resistance to aging and weathering. FRAMO plastic glass is highly transparent, glossy, and offers high break resistance. The sheets are also flexible, easy to shape, and therefore easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, and bonded. Ideal for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Our Acrylic XT (extruded acrylic) is manufactured using a complex extrusion process. Acrylic granulate is heated and melted, then formed into sheets and rolled to the desired thickness. Product details at a glance: - Optimal light transmission: ultra-transparent, colorless, and completely clear - Flexible or bendable, with high break and impact resistance - Very low weight compared with real glass: approximately 50% lighter - Resistant to aging, weather, and UV exposure - Does not yellow: 2030 years - Clean sawn edges Suitable for further processing, including drilling, cutting, bonding, and printing. Transport protection: Our acrylic sheets are coated on both sides with an extremely thin transport-protection film. Remove the film from both sides before use. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the manufacturing process, the cutting tolerance is approximately 13 mm. Care and cleaning: Clean only with water and, if necessary, a little dishwashing detergent. Alternatively, use plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
