FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) acrylic sheets, cut to size and made to industrial-quality standards. The ultra-transparent acrylic glass is 2 mm thick and available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic sheets are highly resistant to aging and weathering. The clear, glossy material offers high transparency and strong break resistance. The sheets are flexible, easy to form and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled and bonded, making them suitable for replacing heavier and more expensive real glass. Our extruded acrylic glass XT is manufactured using a complex extrusion process. Acrylic granulate is heated and melted, formed into sheets and rolled to the desired thickness. Product details at a glance: - Excellent light transmission: ultra-transparent, colorless and fully clear - Flexible and bendable, with high break and impact resistance - Approximately 50% lighter than real glass - Resistant to aging, weathering and UV radiation - Non-yellowing for 2030 years - Clean sawn edges Suitable for further processing, including drilling, cutting, bonding and printing. Transport protection: The acrylic sheets are covered on both sides with an extremely thin transport-protection film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: Due to the manufacturing process, the cutting tolerance is approximately 12 mm. Care and cleaning: Clean only with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dish soap. Alternatively, use a plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
