FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) sheets are custom-cut acrylic sheets made to industrial quality standards. The highly transparent plastic glass is 2 mm thick and available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic sheets offer high aging and weather resistance. They are highly transparent, glossy, and highly resistant to breakage. The sheets are flexible, easy to shape, and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, and bonded, making them suitable for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Acrylic XT is produced using a complex extrusion process in which acrylic granulate is heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Key product details: excellent light transmission; ultra-transparent, colorless, and completely clear; flexible or bendable; high break and impact resistance; approximately 50% lighter than real glass; resistant to aging, weather, and UV exposure; non-yellowing for 2030 years; clean sawn edges. Suitable for further processing, including drilling, cutting, bonding, and printing. For transport protection, both sides of the acrylic sheet are covered with an extremely thin protective film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note that the manufacturing-related cutting tolerance is approximately 12 mm. Clean only with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dish soap; alternatively, use plastic or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
