FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) acrylic sheets, custom cut to size in industrial quality. Highly transparent plastic glass with a thickness of 3 mm, available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic sheets offer high resistance to aging and weathering. The acrylic plastic is highly transparent, glossy, and highly break-resistant. The sheets are also flexible, easy to shape, and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, and bonded, making them suitable for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Our extruded acrylic glass is manufactured using a complex extrusion process. Acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Product details: optimal light transmission; ultra-transparent, colorless, and completely clear; flexible and bendable with high break and impact resistance; approximately 50% lighter than real glass; resistant to aging, weather, and UV radiation; non-yellowing for 2030 years; clean sawn edges. Suitable for further processing, including drilling, cutting, bonding, and printing. For transport protection, both sides of the acrylic sheet are covered with an ultra-thin protective film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: Due to manufacturing tolerances, the finished cut may vary by approximately 13 mm. Care and cleaning: Clean only with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dish soap; alternatively, use plastic or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
