FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) acrylic sheets are custom-cut in industrial quality. The ultra-clear, colorless sheets are 4 mm thick and available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. They are glossy, highly transparent, flexible, easy to shape, and highly resistant to breakage. The sheets are aging-, weather-, and UV-resistant and remain free from yellowing for 2030 years. Compared with real glass, they weigh approximately 50% less and can be sawn, drilled, cut, glued, and printed. They are suitable for replacing expensive and heavy glass. The sheets are manufactured using an extrusion process in which acrylic granulate is heated, melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Cutting tolerance is approximately 13 mm due to the manufacturing process. Both sides are covered with a thin transport-protection film; remove the film from both sides before use. Clean with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dish soap, plastic cleaner, or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents such as acetone.
