FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) acrylic sheets, cut to size and made to industrial-quality standards. The highly transparent plastic glass is 2 mm thick and available in 1 cm increments in sizes from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic sheets offer high resistance to aging and weathering. The material is highly transparent, glossy, and highly resistant to breakage. The sheets are flexible, easy to shape, and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, glued, cut, and printed, making them suitable for replacing heavier and more expensive real glass. Our extruded acrylic XT is manufactured through a complex extrusion process: acrylic granulate is heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Product details: excellent light transmission; ultra-transparent, colorless, and completely clear; flexible and bendable; high break and impact resistance; approximately 50% lighter than real glass; resistant to aging, weather, and UV radiation; non-yellowing for 2030 years; clean sawn edges. Both sides of the acrylic sheet are covered with an ultra-thin transport-protection film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: due to the manufacturing process, the cutting tolerance is approximately 12 mm. For care and cleaning, use water and, if necessary, a small amount of dish soap, or use plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
