FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) acrylic sheets are custom-cut to size and manufactured to industrial quality standards. The highly transparent, clear acrylic glass is available in a 3 mm thickness and in sizes from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm, selectable in 1 cm increments. FRAMO acrylic sheets are characterized by high resistance to aging and weathering. The acrylic is highly transparent, glossy, and highly resistant to breakage. The sheets are also flexible, easy to shape, and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, and bonded, making them suitable for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Our extruded acrylic XT is manufactured using a complex extrusion process. Acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Product details at a glance: - Excellent light transmission; ultra-transparent, colorless, and fully clear - Flexible or bendable with high break and impact resistance - Approximately 50% lighter than real glass - Resistant to aging, weather, and UV exposure - Non-yellowing for 2030 years - Clean sawn cut edges - Suitable for drilling, cutting, bonding, and printing For transport protection, the acrylic sheets are covered on both sides with an extremely thin protective film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: Due to the manufacturing process, the finished cutting tolerance is approximately 13 mm. Care and cleaning: Clean only with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dish soap. Alternatively, use a plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning agents containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
