FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) acrylic sheets, custom-cut to size in industrial quality. This ultra-clear plastic glass is 4 mm thick and available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic sheets offer high resistance to aging and weathering. The plastic glass is ultra-clear, glossy, and highly break-resistant. The sheets are also flexible, easy to shape, and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, and bonded, making them ideal for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Our Acrylic XT is manufactured using a complex extrusion process: acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Key product details: optimal light transmission; ultra-transparent, colorless, and completely clear; flexible or bendable with high break and impact resistance; approximately 50% lighter than real glass; resistant to aging, weather, and UV exposure; non-yellowing for 2030 years; clean sawn edges. Suitable for further processing, including drilling, cutting, bonding, and printing. For transport protection, both sides of the acrylic sheets are covered with an extremely thin protective film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: Due to the manufacturing process, the cutting tolerance is approximately 13 mm. Clean only with water and, if necessary, a little dishwashing detergent; alternatively, use plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
