FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) is an industrial-quality acrylic sheet cut to size. This highly transparent plastic glass is 2 mm thick and available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic sheets offer high resistance to aging and weathering. They are highly transparent, glossy, and highly resistant to breakage. The sheets are flexible, easy to shape, and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, and bonded, making them suitable for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Our extruded acrylic glass is manufactured using a complex extrusion process: acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Product details: excellent light transmission; ultra-transparent, colorless, and completely clear; flexible or bendable; high break and impact resistance; approximately 50% lighter than real glass; resistant to aging, weather, and UV exposure; non-yellowing for 2030 years; clean sawn cut edges. Suitable for further processing, including drilling, cutting, bonding, and printing. For transport protection, both sides are covered with an extremely thin protective film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: Due to the manufacturing process, the cutting tolerance is approximately 12 mm. Clean only with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dish soap; alternatively, use plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning agents containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
