FRAMO Acrylic Glass XT (extruded) sheets are cut to size and made to industrial quality. The highly transparent plastic glass is 2 mm thick and available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic glass sheets are characterized by high resistance to aging and weathering. The plastic glass is highly transparent, glossy, and offers high break resistance. The sheets are also flexible, easy to form, and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled, and bonded, making them ideal for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Our extruded acrylic glass XT is manufactured using a complex extrusion process: acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Product details: optimal light transmission; ultra-transparent, colorless, and fully clear; flexible or bendable; high break and impact resistance; approximately 50% lighter than real glass; resistant to aging, weather, and UV exposure; non-yellowing for 2030 years; clean sawn edges. Suitable for further processing by drilling, cutting, bonding, and printing. For transport protection, the acrylic glass sheets are covered on both sides with an ultrathin protective film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: due to manufacturing, the cutting tolerance is approximately 12 mm. Clean only with water and, if necessary, a little dish soap; alternatively, use plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
