FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) is an industrial-quality acrylic glass sheet cut to size. The highly transparent 4 mm plastic glass is available in 1 cm increments, from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic glass sheets are highly resistant to aging and weathering. The material is highly transparent, glossy and highly resistant to breakage. The sheets are also flexible, easy to form and easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled and glued, making them ideal for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Our extruded acrylic glass XT is manufactured using a complex extrusion process. Acrylic granulate is heated and melted, formed into sheets and rolled to the desired thickness. Product details at a glance: - Optimal light transmission; ultra-transparent, colorless and completely clear - Flexible and bendable with high break and impact resistance - Approximately 50% lighter than real glass - Resistant to aging, weathering and UV exposure - Non-yellowing for 2030 years - Clean sawn edges - Suitable for drilling, cutting, gluing and printing Transport protection: The acrylic glass sheets are covered on both sides with an ultra-thin transport-protection film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: Due to the manufacturing process, the cutting tolerance is approximately 13 mm. Care and cleaning: Clean only with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dishwashing liquid. Alternatively, use a plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
