FRAMO Acrylic Glass XT (extruded) acrylic glass sheets custom-cut to size in industrial quality. Highly transparent plastic glass, 2 mm thick, available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic glass sheets are highly resistant to aging and weathering. FRAMO plastic glass is highly transparent, glossy and offers high break resistance. The sheets are also flexible, easy to shape and therefore easy to process. They can be sawn, drilled and bonded, making them ideal for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Our XT acrylic glass is manufactured using a complex extrusion process. Acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets and rolled to the desired thickness. Product details at a glance: - Optimal light transmission; ultra-transparent, colorless and completely clear - Flexible and bendable with high break and impact resistance - Approximately 50% lighter than real glass - Resistant to aging, weathering and UV exposure - Non-yellowing for 2030 years - Clean sawn edges - Suitable for further processing, including drilling, cutting, bonding and printing Transport protection: Our acrylic glass sheets are covered on both sides with an ultra-thin transport-protection film. Remove the film from both sides before use. Please note: Due to the manufacturing process, the cutting tolerance is approximately 12 mm. Care and cleaning: Clean only with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dish soap. Alternatively, use a plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
