FRAMO Acrylic Glass XT (extruded) acrylic glass sheets cut to size in industrial quality. Highly transparent plastic glass, 3 mm thick, available in 1 cm increments in sizes from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic glass sheets are characterized by high resistance to aging and weathering. FRAMO plastic glass is highly transparent, glossy, and highly resistant to breakage. The sheets are also flexible, easy to shape, and therefore easy to process. The plastic sheets can be sawn, drilled, and bonded. They are ideal for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Our Acrylic Glass XT (extruded acrylic glass) is manufactured using a complex extrusion process. Acrylic granulate is first heated and melted, then formed into sheets and rolled to the desired thickness. Product details at a glance: Excellent light transmission: ultra-transparent, colorless, and fully clear Flexible or bendable, with high break and impact resistance Very low weight compared with real glass: approximately 50% lighter Resistant to aging, weather, and UV radiation Non-yellowing for 2030 years Clean sawn cut edges Suitable for further processing, including drilling, cutting, bonding, and printing. Transport protection: Our acrylic glass sheets are covered on both sides with an ultra-thin transport-protection film. Remove the film from both sides before use. PLEASE NOTE: Due to manufacturing tolerances, the finished cut size may vary by approximately 13 mm. Care and cleaning: Clean only with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dishwashing liquid. Alternatively, use a plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
