FRAMO Acrylic Glass XT (extruded) sheets are cut to size and made to industrial quality standards. The highly transparent, colorless acrylic glass is 2 mm thick and available in 1 cm increments from 10 x 10 cm up to 100 x 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic glass sheets offer high resistance to aging and weathering. The material is highly transparent, glossy, flexible, easy to shape, and highly resistant to breakage. The sheets can be sawn, drilled, glued, cut, and printed, making them suitable for replacing expensive and heavy real glass. Compared with real glass, they weigh approximately 50% less. The sheets are UV-resistant, resistant to yellowing for 2030 years, and provide clean sawn edges. FRAMO Acrylic Glass XT is produced using an extrusion process in which acrylic granules are heated and melted, formed into sheets, and rolled to the desired thickness. Both sides are covered with a very thin transport-protection film, which should be removed before use. Due to the manufacturing process, the cutting tolerance is approximately 12 mm. Clean only with water and, if necessary, a small amount of dishwashing detergent; alternatively, use plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning products containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
