FRAMO Acrylic XT (extruded) acrylic glass sheets are cut to size and made to industrial quality standards. The highly transparent plastic glass is 3 mm thick and available in 1 cm increments from 10 10 cm up to 100 150 cm. FRAMO acrylic glass sheets offer high resistance to aging and weathering. They are highly transparent, glossy, flexible, easy to shape and highly resistant to breakage. The sheets can be sawn, drilled, cut, bonded and printed, making them suitable for replacing heavy and expensive real glass. Compared with real glass, they weigh approximately 50% less. The material is UV-resistant and designed to remain yellowing-free for 2030 years. The sheets are produced using an extrusion process in which acrylic granulate is heated, melted, formed into sheets and rolled to the desired thickness. Both sides are covered with a very thin transport-protection film, which should be removed before use. Manufacturing-related cutting tolerance is approximately 13 mm. Clean only with water and, if necessary, a little dishwashing liquid, plastic cleaner or glass cleaner. Avoid cleaning agents containing strong solvents, such as acetone.
